Volleyball court measurements for men's and women's are the same. You may discuss preventative measures or other players' experiences but do not ask for medical advice on issues you currently have. Each team is allowed twelve substitution players.
The court is of a rectangular shape and measures 18m x 9m.
Our sub is about the sport, not the bodies of those playing it. Volleyball has undergone many changes as it has developed. Coed volleyball and men's volleyball both have the same official net height at 7 feet 11 5/8 inches. The volleyball net structure is held together with metal cables and posts.
